Please keep in mind when filling your dog's dance card for the next three months that not everyone can do two classes a night, two nights per week. Add that to competing on the weekends and you will have a tired dog. I always say tired dogs are good dogs, but don't burn them out. Make sure they have a lot of fun too!
Dogs must have current Rabies to participate (exemptions for dogs under 6 months of age). First come, first served as space allows.
Please contact us to reserve your space in class. Classes must meet minimum registrations or they may be cancelled or combined with other classes.

Puppy Kindergarten
Teach your puppy or adult dog basics (sit, heel, stay, place, leave it, and come), socialize, and learn how to problem solve. Puppies and adult dogs must be 5 months or older and up to date on vaccines. This is a STAR puppy Class.

Handling Class
Open to puppies and dogs 11 weeks and older. Drop-in style handling for active club members. Otherwise, this is a ten-week session where we need a minimum of five participants. Drop-in style conformation work with more instruction available to beginning handlers.
Class fee is $125 per handler for a ten week session. No more than three dogs per handler. Crating is available inside the building 15 minutes before class starts.
Drop-in classes are only available to club members. Drop ins are $10 each per handler.
Good Foundations
Open to puppies and dogs 6
months and older who have already satisfactorily completed a basic obedience class. This is a skill building class that gives two weeks each of Scent Work, Rally, and Agility so you can determine if these interest either you or your dog. We work on obedience skills for two weeks at the beginning and then prepare for the CGCA test at the end of class.
$250 for a ten week session This is only taught once per year!
Novice Rally
Open to puppies and dogs 6 months and older who can walk calmly on a leash. Rally is a fun activity where owners read road signs and together dog and owner work to follow the instructions. Start here if you've never done Rally before! Classes are limited to 6 handlers.

Advanced Rally
Open to puppies and dogs 6 months and older who have had previous experience in Rally and is looking to expand to the more difficult intermediate and advanced signs. Classes are limited to 6 handlers.

Scent Work
Open to puppies and dogs 6 months and older. We will start with birch and add other scents. Learn or practice basic containers, indoor hides, high, low, and good signaling on ALERT practices.
$125 for the first dog for a ten week session. Bringing additional dogs does not guarantee you more opportunities to practice the hide courses unless you pay for each dog.
Beginning Obedience

Dogs under one year can earn their S.T.A.R. Puppy and every dog can earn their CGC!

Advanced Obedience
Open to dogs who have successfully completed a beginning Obedience class somewhere. These dogs will be working closer to other dogs as we have greater expectations of self control and better approximations of the correct behaviors.
Dogs can earn their CGCA!

Obedience Class
Basic Obedience, Good Foundations or Puppy Kindergarten, $200. Please indicate which in the notes section.
Advanced Obedience
This is an old-fashioned class, something that was available long before rally. Dogs and handlers learn to work with distractions, near other dogs, with obedience maneuvers called in real time. $125
CGC Testing
Each test is $20. You may purchase CGC or CGCA testing. You must satisfactorily complete CGC before attempting CGCA, but they may both be attempted on the same night.
